I steer clear of so called 'quick fixes' and use techniques that are time served, and that deliver results every time.
My training is goal orientated and results based, meaning that we wont just train for the sake of it.
I am not shy of hard work. This means that I will work hard for you, but expect you to work hard for me too. I expect you to be ready to leave your comfort zone!
I don't see any benefit in training if you are not enjoying yourself. All sessions are designed to be fun and rewarding for client and trainer!
